Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules and be capable of delivering scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM as applicable).

- Implement and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations.

- Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Incident, Change, and Problem Management modules.

- Work on ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) including client scripts, server-side scripts, and Script Includes.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions as per business needs.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 610 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).

- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.

- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM modules (preferred).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

- ServiceNow Certification (CSA/CAD).

- Experience in ITIL processes.

- Exposure to advanced modules like HRSD.
