ServiceNow Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will play a key role in designing scalable solutions and optimizing workflows aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform

- Customize ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

- Work on additional modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and ITAM

- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Perform system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and optimize system performance

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards

- Participate in upgrades, patching, and release management activities

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

- Expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

- Working knowledge of ITOM / HRSD / CSM / ITAM modules

- Experience in scripting : JavaScript, Glide API, UI Scripts

- Familiarity with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub

- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

- Good understanding of database structures and data modeling

Certifications (Preferred) :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM / HRSD / CSM / ITOM

Education :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field
