ServiceNow Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Back-End Development and hands-on experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, integrations, workflows, and Agile/DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across business requirements.

- Work on end-to-end implementations across 2 or more ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, Service Mapping, GRC.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow back-end functionalities including :

i. Catalog Items

ii. Record Producers

iii. Client Scripts

iv. UI Policies & Data Policies

v. Business Rules

vi. UI Actions

- Build integrations using :

i. Integration Hub

ii. REST APIs

iii. SOAP Services

iv. Data Sources

v. Import Sets

vi. Transform Maps

- Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprint cycles.

- Participate in CI/CD, DevOps automation, testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure high-quality code standards, performance optimization, and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Application Development or Product Implementation experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.

- Experience in multiple ServiceNow modules (minimum 2 modules).

- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations and automation.

- Good understanding of Git, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Selenium Testing.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Experience in HRSD module will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment.
