- Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow solutions, including HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and ITSM modules.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs.

- Work on the ServiceNow platform to design and implement complex workflows, business rules, and data integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.

- Optimize ServiceNow processes and ensure that the platform is running efficiently with minimal downtime.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices for ServiceNow configuration and development.

- Maintain documentation for configurations, reports, and system changes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and ITSM.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and report development.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow modules.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Positive attitude and a team player, capable of collaborating with colleagues across different departments.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices for configuration, development, and reporting.
