ServiceNow Delivery Manager/Project Manager

Role : ServiceNow Delivery Manager/ Project Manager

Position Summary :

The role may require periodic travel as necessary across the world.

As part of our team, the Delivery Manager - ServiceNow, is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow projects across the enterprise. This role ensures that all ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The DM works closely with stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and ServiceNow developers to drive successful adoption of the platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- Lead end to end delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, etc.).

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.

- Manage project schedules, RAID logs, governance updates, and executive reporting.

- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, QA, and operations.

- Ensure alignment with PMO standards, ITIL/ITSM processes, and organizational governance.

- Serve as primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow delivery team.

- Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, standups, and steering committee sessions.

- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive organizational change management (OCM).

- Facilitate UAT, training, documentation, and transition to operations.

- Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project milestones or budgets.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Location : India (Remote) Preferably Hyderabad/ Pune based

Desired Experience :

- Experience with tools such as SPM, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar.

- Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PSM, CSM).

- Experience with large's cale enterprise integrations and digital transformation programs.

- Consulting or enterprise architecture exposure.
