About The Role :

The ServiceNow Data Foundation Studio Consultant is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on driving business value through data-driven transformation. This role partners with CXOs and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where ServiceNow can deliver measurable outcomes. The consultant bridges business strategy, data governance, and platform capabilities to design scalable data foundations that support digital workflows, analytics, and AI. The role also plays a key part in shaping transformation roadmaps, securing executive sponsorship, and enabling enterprise-wide adoption to achieve long-term business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Business & Value Consulting :

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and challenges

- Identify opportunities to implement ServiceNow solutions supported by strong data foundations (CMDB, CSDM, asset and service data)

- Translate business needs into data-driven use cases with clear value propositions

- Develop outcome-based transformation roadmaps aligned to KPIs, cost optimization, and risk reduction

CXO Engagement & Executive Advisory :

- Partner with CXOs and senior leaders to drive enterprise transformation initiatives

- Facilitate executive workshops to define success metrics and investment priorities

- Create compelling business cases, ROI models, and executive presentations

- Act as a trusted advisor on data strategy, governance, and platform standardization

Data Foundation & Platform Strategy :

- Lead design and implementation strategy for ServiceNow Data Foundation Studio

- Ensure alignment with CMDB, CSDM, and enterprise data governance best practices

- Advise on scalable data models supporting ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps, and custom workflows

Value Realization & Optimization :

- Drive consolidation of tools and data onto ServiceNow to achieve economies of scale

- Identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, and ROI opportunities

- Define and track value realization metrics post-implementation

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery Enablement

- Work closely with architects, delivery teams, and process owners to ensure successful execution

- Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development

Key Skills and Qualification :

Functional & Business Expertise :

- Strong experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or platform strategy

- Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs and senior stakeholders

- Expertise in building business cases, ROI frameworks, and value-driven strategies

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills

ServiceNow & Data Expertise :

- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ecosystem

- Strong understanding of Data Foundation Studio, CMDB, CSDM, and data governance

- Experience aligning data strategy with ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise workflows

- Understanding of AI and analytics enabled by high-quality data foundations

Leadership & Consulting Skills :

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Ability to drive consensus across business and IT teams
