ServiceNow Core Developer - Contract Management

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Core Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ServiceNow solutions that streamline enterprise operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures. By optimizing workflows and enhancing platform performance, you will directly influence the efficiency of our internal processes and improve the overall experience for our global user base, ensuring that our digital infrastructure remains agile and responsive to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, focusing on core modules and custom applications to drive operational excellence across the organization.

- Configure and manage the Contract Management module to ensure seamless lifecycle tracking, compliance, and automated reporting for internal stakeholders.

- Develop sophisticated business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes to automate workflows and improve system performance for end users.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure data consistency and unified business intelligence.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and minimize technical debt within the platform environment.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development best practices and documentation standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development, including deep knowledge of the platform's core architecture, scripting engines, and modular capabilities.

- Proven ability to manage and customize the Contract Management module, ensuring alignment with legal and procurement workflows.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS, with a focus on building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- A self-driven approach to work, with the discipline and organizational skills required to thrive in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

- Ability to balance multiple project priorities effectively while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications.
