ServiceNow Consultant - ITSM/CMDB

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) Developer/Consultant with experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for financial services workflows and operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and customization with a focus on delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

- Work on Financial Services Operations modules including onboarding, loan operations, customer servicing, and case management workflows.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party systems.

- Implement Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and automation capabilities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather and analyze

requirements.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support end-to-end SDLC activities.

- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documents.

- Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices compliance.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations).

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.

- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.

- Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, FSM, or workflow automation modules.

- Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow FSO-related certifications are preferred.

- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is an added advantage.

Experience :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSO implementations.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
