ServiceNow CMDB Developer

Description :

The ServiceNow Developers must have strong ServiceNow and CMDB skills to deliver and complete User Stories every Sprint.

Top Responsibilities :

- Complete User Stories on database data migration into ServiceNow CMDB.

- Work with Technical Product Owner, Solution and Data Architects to resolve challenges in migrating data into ServiceNow CMDB.

- Coordinate with Technical Product Owner in investigating root causes when one record from data source maps to multiple records in ServiceNow and vice-versa.

- Good leadership skills to represent work when coordinating with business partners and requesting follow up on CMDB gaps and issues.

- Define identity and reconciliation : coalesce keys, dedupe/survivorship, reference resolution.

- Perform Unit Test and complete Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs) on User Stories and coordinate with Scrum Master and Technical Product Owner if there are any problems.

- Write test cases, reconciliation counts, negative tests and rollback plan.

Data :

- ETL/ELT patterns, idempotency, dedupe/survivorship; JSON/CSV/XML
