Role : ServiceNow CMDB Architect (10 - 12 yrs)

Location : Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners only

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office | 2 Days Work From Home)

Client : Indian Multi-National IT Client (Name will be disclosed over call)

Experience : 10 Years - 12 Years

Interview Rounds : 3 Rounds (2 Virtual & 1 at Clients office F2F)

Key Requirements & Technical Expertise :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in ServiceNow CMDB Architecture.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model), including end-to-end adoption.

- Hands-on experience in CI class modeling, service modeling, and dependency mapping.

- Proven experience in large-scale CMDB implementations and transformation programs.

- Expertise in CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance frameworks.

- Deep hands-on knowledge of Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).

- Strong understanding of CI identification rules, data source precedence, and reconciliation strategies.

- Expertise in CMDB Data Quality Management, including completeness, correctness, compliance, and duplication control.

- Experience with CMDB Health Dashboards, KPIs, and data quality monitoring.

Interview Process :

- 3 Rounds : 2 Virtual Rounds + 1 Face-to-Face Round at the Client's Office.
