Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical implementation.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, process owners, and technical development teams to translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow workflows.

Your daily focus will involve analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring that the ServiceNow platform is configured to drive operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide the development team.

- Design and optimize business process workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem to improve service delivery and organizational productivity.

- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

- Oversee the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules to ensure they meet specific client performance benchmarks.

- Collaborate with .Net development teams to integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data flow and platform interoperability.

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial discovery and process mapping to user acceptance testing and final deployment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules, with a proven ability to map complex business processes into platform workflows.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to evaluate existing systems and propose scalable, efficient technical solutions.

- Possess a solid understanding of .Net architecture to effectively manage integrations and cross-platform dependencies.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and project alignment throughout the development cycle.

- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work effectively in a distributed, remote, or hybrid environment across multiple locations in India.

- Leverage 5 - 12 years of professional experience to mentor junior team members and drive best practices in business analysis and process documentation.

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
