Position Details :

Role : ServiceNow ATF Consultant / Architect

Module : HRSD

Location : Remote

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ATF Consultant/Architect with strong expertise in HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) to support a critical automation and testing initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

- Initial setup and configuration of Automated Test Framework (ATF)

- Requirement gathering and analysis for 5 complex HRSD workflows

- Design and implementation of ATF test cases and test suites for complex business processes

- ATF testing and validation for Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality

- Conducting Active Directory (AD) Connection Checks and integration validation

- Providing architectural guidance and best practices for scalable ATF implementation

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with ServiceNow ATF

- Hands-on expertise in HRSD Module

- Experience with workflow automation and testing

- Knowledge of SSO integrations and authentication mechanisms

- Understanding of Active Directory (AD) integrations

- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into automated test scenarios

- Experience in solution architecture and ATF strategy is highly preferred
