As a ServiceNow Architect and Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex enterprise workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, client stakeholders, and technical delivery units to translate business challenges into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and SecOps modules to meet specific client business requirements.

- Lead technical design workshops and provide strategic guidance to project teams to ensure adherence to platform best practices and long-term maintainability.

- Develop custom applications and user interfaces using UI Builder to enhance the end-user experience and streamline complex operational workflows.

- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial presales discovery and solution estimation to final deployment and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement automated solutions that drive measurable improvements in service delivery and risk management.

- Oversee the technical integrity of platform upgrades and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems.
