We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 5 years in an Architect or Lead Developer capacity.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, driving implementations across multiple modules, and overseeing integration and customization efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and architect ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, and SPM modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.

- Drive the implementation of ServiceNow solutions from design through deployment, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and meet business needs.

- Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications using advanced scripting (Client and Server-side scripting).

- Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/Employee Center to create automated workflows and enhance user experience.

- Design and maintain CMDB architecture to ensure data integrity and alignment with business needs.

- Lead enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms.

- Ensure adherence to the ServiceNow security model, including managing ACLs, roles, and domain separation.

- Support and implement testing using ATF (Automated Test Framework) for reliable deployment.

- Manage and implement agile methodologies within the team to ensure iterative development and delivery.

- Assist in the development of ServiceNow reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.

- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay ahead of ServiceNow platform updates and emerging technologies.

- Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards, particularly in high-pressure, regulated environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM.

- Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Client-side and Server-side), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, and CMDB architecture.

- Extensive experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from design to deployment.

- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow security model, including ACLs, roles, and domain separation.

- Strong background in agile methodologies, with experience working in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, regulated environments.

Desirable Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or working towards CTA certification.

- Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in areas such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, GRC.

- Experience working in the financial services or other regulated industries.

- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
