Roles and Responsibilities :

- HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Service Operations Workspace, and ITAM.

- Define platform standards, reusable components, governance models, and implementation best practices for enterprise ServiceNow programs.

- Design and deliver integrations and workflow automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and JDBC.

- Build and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Service Portal, and UI Builder.

- Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and support platform enhancements.

Skills Required :

- 10 - 16 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and development background.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and enterprise module implementation.

- Deep platform expertise across ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Service Operations Workspace, HRSD, and ITAM.

- Ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions with strong data model, CMDB, and platform architecture understanding.

- Experience building integrations and workflow automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and UI Builder.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to AI Search, Virtual Agent, GenAI capabilities, Performance Analytics, Security Operations, and governance workflows.
