Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise IT architecture.

The role requires strong expertise in platform architecture, enterprise integrations, and ServiceNow modules to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise IT strategy.

- Lead implementation and customization across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.

- Define best practices for platform governance, CMDB design, and data architecture.

- Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow deployments and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure architecture.

- Optimize CMDB data models and service mapping.

- Guide developers and technical teams on platform standards and development practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture

- Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules

- Deep knowledge of CMDB architecture and service mapping

- Experience with enterprise integrations and IT architecture design

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow CSA / CIS / Architect certifications

- Experience working in large enterprise ServiceNow environments
