ServiceNow Architect - ITSM

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, excellent understanding of ITSM processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture requirements.

- Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and platform transformation initiatives.

- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, workflows, and application frameworks.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide architectural solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.

- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability standards.

- Review technical designs, code, configurations, customizations, and deployment approaches.

- Drive automation and optimization of IT service management processes.

- Support platform governance, technical standards, architecture documentation, and roadmap development.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide recommendations for platform improvements.

- Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases, features, applications, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect.

- Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

- Experience with ServiceNow application development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and Flow Designer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, roles, security, and platform architecture.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade, implementation, customization, and migration projects.

- Ability to create high-level and low-level technical architecture and solution design documents.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
