ServiceNow Architect

Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet our clients' evolving business needs. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the platform's optimal performance, security, and alignment with industry best practices, ultimately driving improved efficiency, enhanced user experiences, and significant business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, encompassing ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules, to address complex business challenges for our clients.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and design documents.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architectural roadmaps, aligning platform capabilities with business strategy and future growth.

- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of ServiceNow instances, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.

- Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow features, functionalities, and integrations to enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.

- Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

- Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including platform design, data modeling, integration strategies, and security best practices.

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and their application within the ServiceNow platform.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a remote, hybrid, or on-site environment, depending on project requirements and location.
