Key Responsibilities :

- Strong exposure to large enterprise implementations

- Establish standards, patterns, and best practices across ServiceNow modules

- Define data models, workflows, integrations, and automation strategies

- Work directly with stakeholders to :

1. Understand business requirements

2. Convert them into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Eligibility Requirements :

- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

- Proven experience in an Architect role

- Key ServiceNow Modules :

1. ITSM

2. ITOM

3. CSM / TSM

4. HRSD

5. SecOps

6. CMDB & Discovery

- ServiceNow configuration and customization

- JavaScript, Glide APIs (client & server-side)

- End-to-end implementations and integrations

- Client-facing communication experience

- ServiceNow best practices and security

- CSA / CIS / CAD / CTA certifications preferred
