ServiceNow Architect HRSD, Platform Governance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Platform Governance, Service Portal, and Enterprise Service Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, defining platform governance standards, driving HRSD implementations, and leading architectural decisions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Architecture & Design:

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

- Define platform strategy, governance frameworks, best practices, and implementation standards.

- Lead architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance meetings.

- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of ServiceNow implementations.

2. HR Service Delivery (HRSD):

- Architect and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including:

1. Employee Center

2. HR Case Management

3. HR Knowledge Management

4. Lifecycle Events

5. Employee Document Management

6. Enterprise Onboarding & Offboarding

- Work closely with HR stakeholders to streamline employee service delivery processes.

- Define integrations between HRSD and external HR systems.

3. Platform Governance:

- Establish ServiceNow platform governance policies, standards, and operating models.

- Define development, testing, deployment, and release management processes.

- Drive platform health assessments and optimization initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

- Implement governance frameworks for upgrades, instance management, and technical debt reduction.

4. Service Portal & Employee Center:

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Service Portals and Employee Center experiences.

- Lead UI/UX design discussions and portal architecture decisions.

- Customize widgets, themes, pages, and integrations.

- Optimize portal performance, accessibility, and user adoption.

5. Integrations & Automation:

- Architect integrations using:

1. REST APIs

2. SOAP Web Services

3. IntegrationHub

4. MID Server

- Drive workflow automation using Flow Designer and Business Rules.

- Design reusable integration frameworks and enterprise data models.

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.

- Mentor developers, administrators, and implementation teams.

- Lead solution governance boards and architecture reviews.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, HR teams, and business leaders.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and architecture.

- Extensive experience with Platform Governance and ServiceNow best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Employee Center.

- Strong knowledge of:
