Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Certificate Lifecycle Management in ServiceNow.

- Design and implement certificate discovery, inventory, and lifecycle processes.

- Integrate ServiceNow Certificate Management with Microsoft ADCS.

- Configure certificate request, issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiry workflows.

- Establish certificate ownership model and CMDB relationships.

- Develop dashboards, monitoring, notifications, reporting, and operational metrics.

- Lead design workshops with DevSecOps, Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams.

- Define governance, support model, operational processes, and knowledge transfer to AMS teams.

- Develop implementation and operational documentation.

- Provide architecture guidance and hands-on configuration throughout the engagement.
