Job Title : ServiceNow Architect.

Location : Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad.

Experience : 12 - 17 years.

Skill Set : ServiceNow App engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ServiceNow IDE/Studio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

- Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and workflows/flow designer flows.

- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions on the platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.

- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.

- Work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of assigned modules/projects end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of overall IT development experience, with at least 1-2 years / 1-2 full-cycle projects specifically on the ServiceNow platform (custom application development).

Strong hands-on experience with :

- Glide APIs, Server-side & Client-side scripting (JavaScript).

- Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.

- Service Portal / Now Experience UI Builder.

- App Engine Studio (for custom app development).

- Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, MID Server.

- ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.

- Experience in at least one ServiceNow custom Application implementation.

- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB (preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver without close supervision.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
