Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to spearhead our enterprise-grade platform strategy in Navi Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical authority, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, global delivery teams, and security architects to design robust workflows that drive operational excellence. By leading end-to-end implementation lifecycles, you will directly influence the digital transformation journey, ensuring our platform remains secure, high-performing, and aligned with evolving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design complex ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise ecosystems to enhance process automation and user experience.

- Lead the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality engineering standards.

- Integrate advanced cybersecurity protocols within the ServiceNow framework to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.

- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance to developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps, ensuring the platform scales effectively to support long-term organizational growth.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in designing and deploying ServiceNow modules, with a deep understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, and data modeling.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in embedding cybersecurity best practices into platform design, including identity management, encryption, and threat mitigation strategies.

- Possess the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating consensus and driving project alignment.

- Showcase a proven track record of managing large-scale implementations for 8 to 12 years, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

- Maintain an adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a hybrid work environment in Navi Mumbai while coordinating with distributed global teams.

- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by advanced ServiceNow certifications.
