Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision and strategic direction of our ServiceNow implementations for key clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with 8 -12 years of experience who can seamlessly bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technical solutions. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive ServiceNow platforms, collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to deliver high-impact solutions that significantly enhance operational efficiency and drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SPM, FSM, and specifically Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM), aligning with client strategic objectives and industry best practices.

- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate them into comprehensive architectural blueprints and technical specifications.

- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and future roadmap, advising clients on optimal platform utilization and strategic enhancements.

- Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, performance optimization, and security protocols.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design documents, integration strategies, data models, and technical roadmaps, for both current and future state solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and adherence to architectural principles.

- Conduct thorough technical reviews and audits of existing ServiceNow instances, identifying areas for improvement, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for platform consolidation or expansion.

Required Skillset :

- Extensive experience (8 - 12 years) in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and successful implementation within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SPM, FSM, and a strong focus on Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM).

- Proficient understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including advanced scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integrations (REST, SOAP), workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and data model design.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into innovative, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable value.

- Strong grasp of ITIL principles and their practical application within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.

- Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading technical teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving consensus among cross-functional groups.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; multiple ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of quality.

- On-site presence in Hyderabad, collaborating closely with local and global teams.
