ServiceNow Application Developer

Description :

- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development with strong hands-on scripting expertise

- Configure and customise ServiceNow using JavaScript, workflows, and web technologies (REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, Angular)

- Design and implement SPM and PPM solutions across Demand, Project, Resource, Timecard, Financials, and Roadmaps

- Integrate SPM with APM, Agile, and Financial Management for end-to-end lifecycle governance

- Enable AgileSPM integration to synchronise epics, stories, sprints, and project tasks

- Implement Risk & Issue Management, Resource Planning, and RAID lifecycle management within SPM

- Lead technical design and implementations; provide guidance to process consultants and mentor junior developers

- Strong understanding of Agile SDLC, ITSM, and ITIL processes

- ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications (SPM/CSM/ITAM/ITBM) preferred or in progress
