We're Hiring : Service Delivery Manager - EDI Platform Location : Pune / Hyderabad (Preferred) Employment Type : Full-Time Organization : CitiusTech Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with expertise in EDI platforms, migration programs, and cloud transformation initiatives? Join us to lead a critical enterprise-wide transformation involving EDI modernization, support governance, and Azure migration. Key Responsibilities : - Lead EDI migration from TrustedLink to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. - Manage and govern L2/L3 support operations for legacy EDI platforms. - Drive Azure modernization and cloud transition initiatives. - Develop and enhance SOPs, governance models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Support, and Cloud Engineering. - Manage program risks, cutovers, stakeholder communication, and budget oversight. - Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security standards throughout migration and cloud onboarding. Required Skills : - 10+ years of IT Program/Project/Service Delivery Management experience. - Strong experience in EDI migration programs. - Hands-on exposure to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and legacy EDI platforms such as TrustedLink. - Knowledge of EDI standards - X12 & EDIFACT. - Experience managing Azure cloud transition projects. - Expertise in cutover planning, transition governance, SLA management, and managed services. - Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills. - Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, and MS Project. Preferred Qualifications : - PMP Certification. - ITIL Foundation. - Azure Fundamentals. - Experience in US Healthcare EDI & HIPAA Compliance.
