Job Responsibilities :

- Manage service delivery and support for ONESOURCE Tax Engine applications and related tax technology solutions.

- Provide functional and technical support for tax engine configuration, integrations, and issue resolution.

- Work closely with business, tax, IT, and application teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

- Monitor application performance, incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tax calculation, configuration, interfaces, and integrations.

- Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities for ONESOURCE Tax Engine.

- Ensure timely resolution of production issues in line with defined SLAs and service delivery standards.

- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in tax technology, service delivery, or application support.

- Strong hands-on expertise in ONESOURCE Tax Engine.

- Good understanding of tax determination, tax calculation, and tax engine integrations.

- Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.

- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a service-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
