Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho CRM Developer with strong expertise in CRM customization, marketing automation, and third-party integrations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Campaigns or Zoho Marketing Automation, Deluge scripting, and Sprinklr integrations to support CRM automation and marketing funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM applications based on business requirements.

- Configure and manage Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation for marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.

- Develop custom functions, workflows, Blueprints, and automation solutions using Deluge scripting.

- Integrate Zoho CRM with Sprinklr and other third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.

- Manage lead lifecycle processes, data synchronization, and marketing funnel optimization.

- Perform integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with deployment and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve CRM functionality and marketing automation processes.

Required Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM development and customization.

- Strong experience with Zoho Campaigns and/or Zoho Marketing Automation.

- Working knowledge of Sprinklr integrations with CRM platforms.

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, custom functions, workflows, and Blueprints.

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.

- Strong understanding of CRM automation, lead lifecycle management, and marketing funnel optimization.

- Experience in data synchronization, integration testing, UAT, and deployment support.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Zoho Analytics.

- Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.

Candidate Requirements :

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

- Strong hands-on development and integration expertise in Zoho CRM.

- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office five days a week.
