We're looking for a skilled Sr. WorkForce Software (WFS) Specialist with hands-on experience in WFS Time & Attendance, configuration, and automation. If you're WFS-certified and have expertise in workforce management solutions, we'd love to connect with you.

Responsibilities:

- Configure and support WorkForce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.

- Translate business requirements into WFS configurations, including pay rules, schedules, accruals, and policy profiles.

- Perform system testing, validation, upgrades, and release support.

- Develop and troubleshoot WFS scripts, integrations, and reports.

- Create documentation, support end users, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements:

- WorkForce Software (WFS)

- Mandatory Certifications: PT102, PT120 & PT125

- SQL/Oracle

- WFS Scripting

- Time & Attendance Configuration

- Policy Profiles, Policy Sets & Pay Codes

- Accruals, Holidays, Labor Distribution & Payroll Integration

- Data Queries, Validation & Troubleshooting

- APIs, SFTP & Flat-file Integrations
