Role Overview :

As a Senior Workday Integration Developer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex integration solutions within the Workday environment. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical specifications. Your work will directly influence the seamless flow of data across enterprise systems, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and optimal performance for our global client base. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in India while engaging with high-stakes, large-scale implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop sophisticated Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Integration Cloud to support diverse business processes for global clients.

- Configure and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation services to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between Workday and third-party systems.

- Design custom reports and advanced data models using Workday Prism Analytics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.

- Build and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend to address unique business requirements that fall outside standard configuration capabilities.

- Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle during Workday implementations, including requirement gathering, technical design, unit testing, and production deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and maintain system stability.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in developing and managing complex integrations within the Workday HCM ecosystem, backed by 5 - 10 years of relevant professional experience.

- Deep technical proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud, and EIBs, with a strong grasp of XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST).

- Demonstrated ability to leverage Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend to build scalable, user-centric solutions.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured technical documentation and robust code.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing client expectations effectively.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration within a distributed team.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
