The role will drive functional configuration, business process optimization, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across global HR teams. This is an individual contributor role with significant exposure to global business stakeholders and ongoing Workday enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own functional configuration of Workday HCM and Payroll modules.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

- Configure business processes, security, reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.

- Support Workday releases, testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

- Partner with global HR and cross-functional stakeholders to improve platform capabilities.

- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and functional documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 49 years of hands-on Workday Functional experience.

- Mandatory experience in both Workday HCM and Payroll modules.

- Strong expertise in Workday business processes, reporting, calculated fields, and security.

- Experience working with global stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work onsite from Bangalore.
