Senior Workday ERP Consultant

Workday ERP consultant for Gurgaon Location.

Experience : 6- 9 Years

Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor Cloud Suite modules

- Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities

- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides

- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues

- Stay updated on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

- 5+ years of Workday Supply chain expertise

- Work experience on flows like Requisition, Procurement, Invoices etc.

- Work experience handling varied Supply chain stakeholders including Operations, Warehouse, Procurement etc.

- Work experience handling O&M work like Access Requests, Incidents, Requests, enhancements, projects

- Work experience contributing to workday Bi-Annual upgrades

- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools

- Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms

- Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python

- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic ERP environment

- Willingness to work in US business hours

Preferred Qualifications :

- Academic project or internship experience within Technology or ERP or Healthcare

- Work experience on Market place applications like GHX/Prodigo etc.

- Work experience on systems like ParEx

- Knowledge of Workday Finance

- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and enterprise business processes

- Good understanding of Workday Integrations, ability to run and troubleshoot EIBs etc.,

- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION

Must Have Crux :

- Expertise in Workday Supply Chain

- Expertise in creating and modifying Business Processes

- Work experience on Inventory, Procurement, Invoicing, Requisition, CPQ etc.,

- Work experience in creating and modifying EIBs

- Knowledge on ServiceNow and process knowledge of Incident management, Service Request Management,

projects, Enhancements, Change Management etc.,

- Experience contributing and leading Workday Upgrade

- Experience in working in Supply chain and finance stakeholders resolving their issues

- Good to have knowledge on Workday Finance
