Role Summary :

ARAs Client is seeking experienced Workday professionals with expertise in one or more Workday modules including Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Extend, and Workday Talent Management, Workday Core Integration, Workday Core HCM, Workday Studio & others.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.

- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Workday modules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Configure and support Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, integrations, and post-production support.

- Provide strategic consulting and advisory support to enterprise clients.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants/team members.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Support issue resolution, risk management, governance, and documentation activities.

Must Have Qualifications :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience with minimum 2+ years relevant into Workday.

- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following :

1. Workday US Absence Management

2. Workday Extend

3. Workday Talent Management

4. Workday Studio

5. Workday Advanced Compensation

6. Workday Prism Analytics

7. Workday Core HCM

8. Workday Core Integration

9. Others

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Workday project lifecycle.

- Experience in stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting roles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work across multiple teams and projects.

- Bachelors degree with 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to Have :

- Experience across multiple Workday modules.

- Certification in Workday (any modules).

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.

- Experience working in global consulting environments.

- Integration experience using Workday Studio/EIB/API.

- Project management or team leadership experience.
