Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior WebGL/Three.js/Babylon.js Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance 3D graphics applications using WebGL and associated libraries like Three.js and Babylon.js.

You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver innovative and engaging user experiences. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the quality and impact of our interactive learning and simulation products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain interactive 3D applications and visualizations using WebGL, Three.js, and Babylon.js for our e-learning and simulation platforms.

- Optimize 3D graphics performance to ensure smooth and responsive user experiences across different devices and browsers.

- Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts and wireframes into functional and visually appealing 3D environments.

- Implement and maintain robust testing procedures to ensure the quality and stability of our 3D applications.

- Contribute to the architectural design and technical direction of our WebGL-based projects to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve our 3D development capabilities and stay at the forefront of the industry.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize complex 3D graphics applications using WebGL.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including modern ES6+ syntax and asynchronous programming.

- Expertise in using Three.js or Babylon.js libraries for 3D scene management, rendering, and animation.

- Solid understanding of 3D graphics concepts, including shaders, lighting, and texturing.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
