Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Web Designer to lead digital design initiatives across web, social media, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in UI/UX, motion graphics, corporate branding, and website management, with hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and creative direction for enterprise-level communications.

This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical capability, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact digital experiences aligned with corporate branding and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Creative Direction & Multimedia Strategy :

- Provide creative direction for corporate communication across social media, websites, email campaigns, and multimedia platforms.

- Conceptualize and approve creative templates aligned with brand guidelines.

- Lead design execution for static and video-based communication materials.

- Ensure consistent tone, visual identity, and brand alignment across platforms.

2. Web Design & Development :

- Design and maintain responsive, mobile-first corporate websites.

- Develop and manage web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.

- Design templates for CMS and non-CMS platforms.

- Support Android and iOS app design interfaces (UI contribution).

3. Motion Graphics & Animation :

- Convert design templates into engaging animations for multimedia platforms.

- Create and supervise motion graphics assets for corporate campaigns.

- Ensure creative quality and adherence to brand standards.

4. QA & Web Compliance :

- Perform cross-browser compatibility testing.

- Conduct HTML and CSS validation as per W3C standards.

- Ensure optimal performance and user experience across devices.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with Corporate Communications, HR, Marketing, and other departments.

- Provide digital solutions for internal and external communication initiatives.

- Support branding initiatives, corporate events, and leadership communications.

Educational Qualifications :

- Must to have a Graduation in Computer Science.
