Job Title : Senior Visual Designer & Illustrator

Location : Bengaluru (5 days/week)

Experience : 4 - 8 Years

Role Overview:

Looking for a Senior Visual Designer & Illustrator with strong expertise in brand identity, illustration, and marketing collaterals. The ideal candidate should have a distinctive visual style, excellent typography skills, and the ability to create original craft-led design work across digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design complete brand identity systems including logos, typography, colour systems, and guidelines.

- Create marketing collaterals such as pitch decks, brochures, posters, reports, social creatives, packaging, and event assets.

- Develop custom illustrations including editorial visuals, infographics, iconography, and storytelling graphics.

- Collaborate with UX/UI and motion teams to extend visual systems into product and animation.

- Contribute to internal branding, portfolio assets, and creative communication initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in visual design and illustration.

- Strong illustration fundamentals across vector/raster/hand-drawn mediums.

- Proven expertise in branding and identity design.

- High typographic literacy and strong visual hierarchy understanding.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

- Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and illustration projects.

- Thoughtful use of AI tools only for exploration/reference, not final creative output.

Preferred :

- Product/UI design exposure.

- Experience collaborating with UX/UI and motion design teams.
