Design-led Indian unicorns & soonicorns are seeking a visionary Senior UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to lead the design for one of their core product verticals.

What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities) :

- Own UX Strategy : Take full ownership of the user experience for a major product area, from initial research and concept to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.

- Solve Complex Problems : Tackle complex user workflows and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for both web and mobile platforms.

- Lead & Mentor : Act as a thought leader within the design team, mentoring junior designers, leading design critiques, and advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.

- Drive Research : Plan and lead user research initiatives, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to uncover deep insights that guide the product roadmap.

- Build Design Systems : Contribute to and evolve our comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product touchpoints.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications) :

- Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and experience with complex applications.

- Stunning Portfolio: A robust portfolio is a must. It should showcase your strategic thinking, design process, and leadership on significant projects.

- Mastery of Tools : Expert-level proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Strategic Thinker : You don't just execute on requirements; you question them and use your expertise to shape the product strategy.

- Excellent Communicator : The ability to clearly articulate design decisions and strategy to designers, engineers, product managers, and senior leadership.
