SENIOR UX DESIGNER (FULL - STACK - UI, UX & RESEARCH)

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in UX Research, UI/UX Design, and Product Thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end - to - end UX design, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI.

- Understand customer pain points and translate them into simple, effective design solutions.

- Create intuitive, customer - focused experiences for lending and AI - powered products.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, Risk, Policy, and Engineering teams.

- Develop user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished interfaces using Figma.

- Apply research, data - driven insights, and competitive benchmarking to validate design decisions.

- Work closely with front - end developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

- Take ownership of design projects and continuously improve product experiences.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional design experience, including at least 3 recent years in a product - based company.

- Strong hands - on experience in UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design.

- Excellent product thinking, user discovery, and problem - solving skills.

- Expertise in Figma, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Systems.

- Experience in consumer validation, usability research, and interaction/motion design.

- Ability to independently manage end - to - end design projects.

- Understanding of AI - driven UX experiences and human - centric design.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Candidates must have experience working with a product - based company.

- Graduation is mandatory; higher design education preferred.

- Portfolio with detailed case studies on Notion, Medium, or a personal website is mandatory. (Dribbble - only portfolios will not be considered.)

- Candidates should demonstrate reasonable job stability.

Preferred :

- Fintech or Lending domain experience.

- Fast - paced startup experience.

- Understanding of ethical AI UX, trust, bias, and explainability.

- Basic understanding of code.
