About the Role :

We are seeking passionate UX Designers to craft intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for large-scale digital banking applications. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive design excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end UX for enterprise web & mobile banking applications.

- Translate business, operations, and regulatory needs into usable designs.

- Build, own, and scale a Bank-wide Design System.

- Ensure UX consistency across applications and teams.

- Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance.

- Drive usability testing, UX reviews, and design sign-offs.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3-7 years of UX/Product Design experience.

- Strong experience in enterprise or BFSI applications.

- Hands-on experience building and governing Design Systems.

- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and UX documentation.

- Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards.

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows.

Good to Have :

- Experience with HRMS applications.

- BFSI domain knowledge.
