Role Overview :

We are looking for highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designers who can contribute to designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant and functional designs across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze design briefs, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective design concepts.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define product strategy and deliver cohesive and user-friendly digital experiences.

- Create user flows, journey maps, process flows, wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Design intuitive interfaces for web applications, mobile apps (Android & iOS), dashboards, and other digital products.

- Participate actively in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

- Develop high-quality visual elements including graphics, icons, illustrations, and creative assets.

- Apply sound knowledge of color theory, typography, spacing, grid systems, and composition principles.

- Build clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design systems in alignment with brand guidelines.

- Coordinate all design artifacts including flows, blueprints, prototypes, and specifications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and consistency in design implementation.

- Conduct internal unit quality testing to ensure delivery of high-quality UI/UX outputs.

- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

- Serve as a source of creative inspiration and mentor junior designers when required.

Required Technical Skills :

Design Tools :

- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Balsamiq, and other prototyping tools.

Prototyping & Interaction Design :

- Micro-interactions, clickable prototypes, animations, and motion design basics.

Web & Mobile Design Skills :

- Responsive design, platform-specific design (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).

- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

- Ability to collaborate with front-end teams and understand design feasibility and constraints.

Design Systems :

- Knowledge of building and maintaining scalable design systems & component libraries.

User Research (Good-to-Have) :

- User testing, heuristic evaluation, persona creation, usability insights.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 58 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within timelines.
