Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Design Leadership : Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from discovery and ideation to final delivery.

- Align design strategies with business goals and stakeholder requirements.

- Mentorship & Team Guidance : Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.

- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work across the team.

- Complex Problem Solving : Tackle large and complex design challenges, distilling simplicity from intricate user requirements.

- Define and prioritize problems to be solved, ensuring a focus on the most impactful user needs.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary design advocate, influencing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leads. Present design concepts with a clear, data-driven rationale.

- Design Systems & Best Practices : Drive the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency. Champion design thinking, usability principles, and accessibility standards throughout the organization.

- Hands-on Design : Continue to be hands-on with designing high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for key projects.

Skills Required :

Technical Skills :

- Extensive portfolio showcasing significant, impactful projects across various platforms.

- Mastery of industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Proven expertise in user research, usability testing, and information architecture.

- Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first strategies, and accessibility standards.

- Experience with creating and managing design systems.
