Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tricentis Tosca & LiveCompare Platform Administrator to manage, configure, and support enterprise-wide Tricentis testing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Tosca Server Administration, LiveCompare Administration, platform configuration, service management, and ITIL-based operational processes.

The candidate will serve as a technical SME for the Tricentis ecosystem, ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain Tricentis Tosca and LiveCompare platforms.

- Configure and manage services using Tricentis Service Configuration and Tricentis Service Discovery.

- Configure and support :

1. Tricentis Tosca Server Landing Page.

2. Tricentis Project Service.

3. Tricentis Authentication Service.

4. Tosca Administration Console.

5. Tricentis File Service.

6. Tricentis Automation Object Service.

7. Tricentis Test Data Service.

8. Tricentis Mail Configuration.

9. Tosca License Administration.

- Configure and manage services selected during Tricentis Tosca Server installation.

- Perform platform monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

- Support LiveCompare integration, administration, and ongoing platform operations.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and system management teams.

- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tricentis platform administration.

- Ensure platform availability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, change, and service management activities.

- Document platform configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of overall IT experience.

- Hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca Administration.

- Hands-on experience in Tricentis LiveCompare Administration.

- Strong experience with Tosca Server configuration and management.

- Experience with Tricentis Service Configuration and Service Discovery.

- Knowledge of Tosca License Administration and Authentication Services.

- Experience with platform deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred :

- Experience supporting enterprise test automation platforms.

- Knowledge of Windows Server environments and infrastructure administration.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps integrations.

- Exposure to SAP landscapes and LiveCompare implementations.

- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
