Role Overview :

As a Senior Test Engineer with T24 Transaction experience at Nasugroup, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our T24 banking solutions. You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements, design test strategies, execute test cases, and identify and resolve defects. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients and ensures the smooth operation of their banking systems. This role is based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.

- Execute test cases, analyze test results, and identify defects to ensure the quality of T24 banking solutions.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects to ensure timely resolution and high-quality software.

- Participate in test automation efforts to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.

- Provide application support for T24 systems, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and clients, to provide updates on testing progress, defect status, and application support issues.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software development lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for T24 banking systems.

- Proven experience in application support for T24 systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.

- Strong understanding of banking processes and T24 functionalities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
