Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced BA / PM Digital Channels to lead and drive delivery across enterprise digital banking platforms. The role will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment with the organizations digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery for Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Corporate Banking Portals, and Omni-channel platforms

- Participate in business and functional discussions to gather and analyze requirements

- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications

- Contribute to solution design with scalable, enterprise-aligned recommendations

- Lead delivery by coordinating with product, engineering, QA, and external vendors

- Ensure timely delivery with high quality and adherence to Agile practices

- Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation reviews

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-9 years of experience as Business Analyst / Project Manager / Techno-Functional Lead

- Strong experience in Digital Channels within BFSI

- Solid understanding of banking systems, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs

- Experience working with enterprise architecture teams
