We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic Cloud & Automation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving large-scale cloud transformation programs, implementing infrastructure automation, and enabling DevOps practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with program leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation and automation programs, including migration, modernization, and cloud-native adoption

- Define program strategy, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics aligned with business objectives

- Drive adoption of automation frameworks across infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational processes

- Manage cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, DevOps teams, architects, and external vendors

- Oversee cloud environments across platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

- Ensure implementation of best practices in cloud architecture, security, governance, and cost optimization

- Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps maturity across teams

- Establish program governance, reporting structures, and performance tracking mechanisms

- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and ensure timely mitigation

- Engage with stakeholders and leadership for program updates, decision-making, and alignment

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery performance

Ideal Candidate :

Mandatory Experience :

- Must have 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years of experience in managing program/project related to large-scale Cloud and Automation in enterprise environments

- Must have proven experience leading end-to-end cloud transformation and automation programs, including migration, modernization, and cloud-native adoption

- Must have experience driving program governance, reporting structures, performance tracking, risk management, and vendor/contract management

- Must have experience managing cross-functional teams (cloud engineers, DevOps, architects, vendors) using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies

- Must have strong expertise in cloud computing and distributed systems architecture, with hands-on

experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Must have strong expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar), and familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Mandatory Skill :

- Must have strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs

Preferred Skill :

- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

- Experience in DevOps transformation and platform engineering, with knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

- Exposure to security, compliance, and governance frameworks in cloud environments, and experience working in global delivery models.
