Senior Technical Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Description :

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who brings a strong engineering background + product mindset to build and scale high-impact platforms.

This is a tech-first PM role, ideal for someone who has transitioned from development into product and can deeply collaborate with engineering teams while owning end-to-end product outcomes.

What Youll Do :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define and drive product strategy aligned with business goals

- Own and execute long-term product roadmap

- Identify opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis

Product Development & Delivery :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation development launch scale)

- Work closely with engineering teams on Angular & .NET Core-based applications

- Translate business requirements into clear product specs, PRDs, and user stories

- Ensure high-quality, timely product delivery

Execution & Problem Solving :

- Break down complex problems into scalable product solutions

- Drive feature prioritization, sprint planning, and execution

- Actively participate in technical discussions, architecture alignment, and trade-offs

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of product professionals / developers

- Foster a high-ownership, execution-driven culture

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business, and leadership teams

Stakeholder & Customer Management :

- Work closely with business, sales, and customer teams to align product goals

- Ensure continuous customer feedback loop to improve product experience

- Drive stakeholder alignment across functions

Product Innovation :

- Drive continuous product improvements and feature enhancements

- Introduce new capabilities and cross-product integrations

- Focus on building scalable, high-performance systems

What Were Looking For (Must Have) :

- 12+ years of total experience, with 3+ years as a Product Manager (recent)

- Strong technical background (3+ years hands-on development)

- Experience working with Angular & .NET Core (or similar tech stacks)

- Proven experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle

- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on architecture and delivery

- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable platforms

- Experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and product documentation

- Engineering degree (B.Tech / M.Tech) is mandatory

Good to Have :

- Experience building B2B / SaaS / Platform products

- Exposure to high-scale systems or enterprise-grade applications

- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Prior experience transitioning from developer product manager
