Senior Technical Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Planning :

- Align product initiatives with the organizations strategic goals.

- Develop and execute product strategies and long-term roadmaps.

- Conduct market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities.

Product Development & Delivery :

- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

- Ensure product delivery within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

- Work closely with engineering teams developing applications using Angular and ASP.NET Core.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and product professionals.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Motivate and challenge the team to achieve product and business goals.

Customer & Stakeholder Management :

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous product improvement.

- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support growth initiatives.

Product Innovation & Improvement :

- Introduce new product features and cross-product functionalities.

- Continuously gather customer feedback to improve product offerings.

- Drive innovation to enhance product value and market competitiveness.
