Role Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer - Senior/Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The role will involve application development, business process automation, system integrations, technical leadership, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.

- Design and automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate.

- Develop Power Apps applications that address complex business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

- Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.

- Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

- Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs, connectors, and other enterprise systems.

- Use Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio to enhance application development, automation, and productivity.

- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.

- Optimize existing Power Platform applications and business processes.

- Follow best practices for security, governance, application lifecycle management, and solution deployment.

- Provide technical guidance and support to developers and other technical team members.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and IT teams.

- Participate in solution design, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills:

- 7 - 9 years of overall IT experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Experience with Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and system integrations.

- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio.

- Experience developing enterprise business applications and automated workflows.

- Strong understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and application lifecycle management.

- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based integrations.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring to development teams.

Good to Have:

- Power BI and Power Pages expertise.

- Experience with Azure services and enterprise integrations.

- Experience leading complex Power Platform implementations.

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
