Role : Senior Technical Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Technical Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design, build, and maintain high-traffic, scalable services and solutions. The role requires strong technical ownership and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain high-traffic, scalable services based on the Dynamics 365 platform

- Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into system-level design specifications

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members on process design and development

- Work with the project team to define user story acceptance criteria and develop estimates

- Take end-to-end ownership of delivery including technical specs, code, and runbooks

- Perform code reviews for timely completion of high-quality, well-designed code

- Write concise technical documentation for configuration and customizations

- Apply quality assurance methods and develop unit test code

- Mentor and coach intermediate developers on industry best practices

Required Skillset :

- Several years of experience as Dynamics 365 PSA / PO Consultant

- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 processes, customizing solutions and Project Service Automation/Project Operations

- Very strong C# knowledge and Plugin Development

- Azure Function Development

- API Integration implementation with CRM

- Cloud Flow and Custom Workflow development

- Dynamics CRM/CE and SharePoint Web API and API development

- Custom Connectors and Canvas App (desirable)

- Team management and handling experience

- Excellent English communication skills
