We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Developer (Intellimatch SME) with strong expertise in FIS Intellimatch or similar reconciliation platforms.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can drive end-to-end reconciliation development, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across the full SDLC lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as an SME for designing and building new reconciliation processes

- Collaborate with business stakeholders during requirement gathering and analysis

- Own the end-to-end reconciliation development lifecycle

- Prepare and validate detailed technical specifications before development

- Ensure adherence to reconciliation standards, controls, and governance

- Enhance existing reconciliation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Execute Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT)

- Work closely with global teams and external vendors

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure quality deliverables

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Intellimatch reconciliation development (FIS or equivalent platforms)

- Strong domain knowledge in Financial Services (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives)

- Proficiency in SQL and Shell Scripting

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Solid understanding of SDLC and reconciliation processes

- Hands-on experience in Unit Testing and SIT

- Ability to interpret technical requirements and collaborate with IT teams/vendors

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

- Strong data analysis skills using Excel / MS Access

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / IaaS)

- Experience in vendor management and SLA governance

Work Experience:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Financial Services IT development

- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise reconciliation platforms (Intellimatch preferred)

- Proven track record in delivering large-scale reconciliation solutions
